At Beanie Games, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Beanie Games account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
